DEATH × GMAO is designed to collect only information needed to operate accounts and support workflows.

Account information

Accounts may contain a username, email address and securely hashed password. Passwords are not stored in plaintext.

Tickets

Support tickets contain the information you submit, such as category, subject and description, so the support team can respond.

Security

Do not submit passwords, Discord tokens or other credentials in forms or tickets. Authentication uses secure HTTP-only cookies and server-side validation.

Retention

Operational data may be retained as needed to provide the service, resolve support issues and maintain security records.
